Immigration
Immigration legal aid covers removal cases, undocumented / undetected cases, and affirmative cases.
Removal cases are when the government has started a case in immigration court.
Undocumented/undetected cases are when you don't have any cases or filings, but might want to assess your case.
Affirmative cases may be looking for administrative filing help for different statuses, including (DACA, VAWA, U-VISA, SIJS, and asylum).
